Wish me luck

Lately there are a lot of advertisements about dieting from the most effective to best diet pills. This reminded me to start my new year resolution to go on diet this year. I started my day for an early training in my cross trainer. I made it a point to train at least 30 minutes and to burn 200 calories per day. I hope this will work out and that I can achieve my wish weight and figure. Wish me luck!
