Drug Problem

My friend and her family is having drug rehab problems with her brother who was left here in our place when they migrated to the US six years ago. Her brother was not able to join them in migrating because he was already twenty one years old when their US petition was granted. He was not eligible for the US migration and a chance for an entrance in the university. Now his life had gone bad because of drugs. We hope he will be fine soon. We understand him but he needs to understand and accept his situation. If he could have been patient enough for his parent’s petition for him to join them in the US, it would be easy for him to go to the US when the petition will be granted. Now we are not sure if he can still join them. Sad. :-(
