Stress is never absent in one's working life. There are always decisions to make, papers to accomplish, deadlines to beat plus personal stuff to attend to. Stress is one of the number of causes of so many diseases.
This past few weeks, I've been through a lot of stress. I was in charged with a new project and at the same time, I was attending a masteral class. The many sleepless nights show in my eyebags, dry skin and weak and tired feeling. My doctor friend advised me to do yoga. So I enrolled for yoga class. Tomorrow I'll be my yoga teacher and classmates to start getting back my old self.
