Last Monday, I started to walk going to work already since the weather is already fine. Next week I plan to use my bicycle and that I can also start my summer outdoor fitness exercises. I hope this will help me to lose some weight that I stored during winter. I just hope that the weather will always be cooperative with me and I will have a whole summer day with my bicycle and outdoor activities. I can’t wait for the result soon so I should give myself more patience and determination. As they say I will try and try until I succeed.
