I joined my sister in law in her diet club since I need already to use diet pill that works fast and joining the club is my last resort to lose some weight. So before I use the fastest method, I will try first this new diet solution which has more exercises activity.
It's good that it is summer and I can do the outdoor trainings like jogging, biking and Nordic walking. I hope at the end of summer I can see big changes and I am full motivated that I can make it. Wish me some good luck...
