Finding a solution

My sister planned last month to change their internet connection with the one of their mobile line. When she applied, the internet provider check their area if it is possible for great connection. The result came badly since their was no signal in the premises of the house due to the tress that surround them. Maybe they need LTE connection since they have also sometimes difficulty with their mobile lines. I hope my sister will find a solution for this.
