New flat or new car

My colleague asked me if I know some cheaper offers on cheap car insurance quote since she planning to buy a new car. She got already her driver's license and I am happy for her finally she will not anymore commute with the train. I envy her that she can drive now and I am motivated to learn my driving lessons soon. I will surely get a license too or I will just move to a new flat just near my work. Being a practical person I am, as if I just wanted a new flat with bigger spaces and a luxurious bathroom. Why not nah!
