Walking up early in the morning is really uncomfortable for me and I wish that I have a good feeling about this. I have read in a health magazine some tips so here they are…

To start the day to be perfect upon waking up makes a mini meditation. Drink one glass warm water. Plan what you will do for the day. Never forget to take your breakfast. It is better to take fruits and energy giving food. Hope you start your day right!
